All prices are listed in euros (€) unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes unless specified. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are not included in the product price.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Orders & Payment

An order is considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payments must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods.

5. Shipping

We ship internationally. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, shipping method, and external factors beyond our control. Chic Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or force majeure events.

Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Customers have the right to return unused and unworn items within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be in original condition, with all tags attached. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at our customer service email. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
